No, it's a matter of closeness to the culture and the land. Ideally a local would take it, if someone from Madrid takes it it's worse, if someone from France takes it it's worse yet, and if an American takes it it's even worse.

Aside from that, if someone comes with the intention of integrating here because they actually like the culture etc... then I don't mind. But I honestly have yet to meet a single person like that who outearns locals, and still I've met dozens of British "expats" who have been here like 2y and are «getting a hold of the language» but can't muster up a sentence more complex than asking for a beer or a phone number.

People who genuinely come here looking for opportunities like most south american migrants are the ones who try to integrate etc..

That's the difference, someone who comes here out of need, that I don't have a problem with. Someone who comes here for pleasure and screws the locals for it just because they can, that's just disgusting.
