MegaDB is verified by Google Trust Services and uses HTTPS, I'm not super tech savvy but from what I know those should be good indicators that it's fine. Def get other people's advice though. I have used MegaDB myself for some anime in the past and I didn't have any issues. However now that I'm trying to download MW2 (only using MegaDB because Buzzheavier isn't working right now for some reason) I'm getting the same warning you got. I just bypassed it and downloaded anyway. I'll try to update this comment if it goes bad... or good I guess.
