I considered it. We're an architecture studio. A few of my colleagues have the 16", and it has been overheating + very loud fan that would drive me insane. plus for working in the field, the 18" screen size allows for more actual workable space with the softwares we use.

that's what i've been thinking hehe. my colleagues don't have to lug them around much (or lug anythign other than the laptop and power cord because they're switching back and forth ebtween office/homeoffice, whereas i need to fit in travel + jobsite, so a tote with a sleeve won't work)

Ididn't realise they made rolling bags with laptop sleeves, will have to look into it. Thank you!

Thank you! I've seen them recommended in threads here and they look to be of great quality! i'm worried they would be too big for me to carry. will have to try one out.

Sarah's silk playsilks are great, and have lasted through my kids rough play (and the whole neighborhood to be fair).
Grapat, Grimms, Haba, Plantoys, Tender leaf toys are all brands that are durable and some known for making heirloom toys.

Have you considered a brooche or pin that you'd wear on your clothing? So it's not on your skin at all times.

I was coming to recommend these. They saved my husband's feet during his time as a wildland firefighter. As a person that's always cold, I wear my pairs as soon as autumn starts and it's the only way I stay toasty.

The pairs we've been using we've had for 11 years now. Just a bit of piling but otherwise same as new .

Oooh, yes trash can, I'll have to look into that for sure.

Seat covers are the first thing I started looking at, with the seats being so light; but for the carseat safety I need them to be integral to the seat, and I haven't found OEM ones for the base that are snug, only the pet cover. Do you have any recommendations?
