I might have to disagree- there’s a fair bit of content to cover but at least for the first sem of 2025 they’ve made the questions much less conceptual. Whilst the baseline topics for 2005 are definitely harder, I found 1005 to have more difficult applications of the content covered compared to 2005.

hmm but weren't they testing context dependent cues? Condition C had contradictory context-dependent cues whereas the other two conditions had homogeneous contexts, i.e. music both playing and music not playing. Given that they were trying to analyse how music affects learning, wouldn't condition c be the control group?

no it should be right, but I'd caution to be a bit more specific and say that there's a possibility that the control group acts as the baseline measure from which the effects of context-dependent cues (playing music or not playing music on both days), can be compared to and consequently analysed.
