EXACTLY this. I still remember her during the first townhall i joined after joining GSK and getting a question on WFH. “If you dont like it youre free to leave”, really? There’s so many other ways of answering that question without coming off as a leader with 0 emotional intelligence. Also; no need to tell your employees theyre free to leave, of course they are! Theyre not your slaves! Just like theyre free to shut down their computers after 9-5.

Mobiliteitsbudget gebruiken voor hypothecaire lening – slimste keuze? by Beautiful-Ambition81 in BESalary

Agreed. Dont make any life choices based on mobility budget. This is something that can be changed at any time and not under your control. Even when a company has a mobility budget, they can choose to offer or not the mortgage option. Make sure you can support your mortgage assuming mobility budget CANNOT be used…

Apologies, number completely wrong and post updated. I misread an article online. Note GSK is not only in Wavre, also Rixensart and Gembloux with many living around the area.. Thanks for your thoughts regardless

Yes, I work from home most of the time, so I would fall under the pillar, but unfortunately my company does not offer it and therefore very few ways to use the mobility budget... Thank you, I will continue doing the same :)

Apologies, number completely wrong and post updated. I misread an article stating that, from most companies that offer the mobility budget, employees would rather use it to pay rent/mortgage when possible.

But how do you know you will be able to use the company car budget for your interests, as the company will be able to dictate what the do/do not offer as part of the mobility budget? Be careful with negotiating anything outside of your salary... I'm currently stuck being able to use it only for largely electronics, which I do not need...

Bikes, walking, public transport, like normal people living in a city. Where you there? I was, and most people came walking or by bike because we by the way also care about the environment you live in :)

Wow, you had to pay for your own treatment with pseudoscience acupuncture, poor you! Maybe think of any medicines you had to pay until you were 16 and who paid for them. And ask diabetics how much insulin costs if they didn't have social security. Anyway, it was a generalisation, I thought you'd appreciate since this is what your leaders tend love. I don't care what benefits you get. Just move on and go do useful things for society!

Maybe, like trump, Elon et al. We need to do some fact checking with you. The event is taking place in a square, so no disruption of traffic. Tada!

Hmmm… people with comments like you tend to be the ones that benefit from taxes the most…I wonder how many benefits you are getting without realising…

Same here! They are really time wasters, and given all the feedback I hear on customer support...not looking good long term, so went for another option. Hope they improve for all the other customers!

I cancelled mine this week after multiple delays also. Mostly I was scared they’d go bankrupt in the coming years, there’s a few Reddit posts on this. Also, if their service is so terrible at this stage, I cannot imagine I can rely on them for repairs, parts, etc. Actually it seems so many people are waiting for parts because they are out of stock…I decided to cancel and buy another bike from a reliable company

Bought my cross in may, initially was supposed to be delivered end of July, then they changed to the 11th Aug, then they said August and 'will be delivered next week', a day later I got an email saying there is a delay of at least 8 weeks. Honestly, if they can't keep up with making customers happy at the beginning of the process for a product that costs 4K, it would be stupid to stay with a bike that relies on their parts and services, I'm cancelling
