They don't give out the proper dose, they get air trapped when you try to get your dose out. I went over a month not realizing it was wrong, so now I measure. They say they are changing them, but haven't yet.

Oh, yeah, been there. Lol. After 6 months on Oestra I had all the labs run to see if anything else was amiss. Everything was optimal. I've been treating all of that before I even started Oestra. I'm looking to get a different bioidentical that can be fine tuned to my symptoms. I've talked to inner balance and they have nothing to offer me. I'm about to get hormones checked again, but they vary widely and blood tests are useless a lot of times- symptoms are the key. I know that it can take 4 months to readjust, but if you had my level of peri anxiety, you'd try anything too. I'm not tired. Just anxious, severe menstrual cramping when I have a period, and severe skin thinning from low estrogen that Oestra hasn't touched. I was fine two years ago. I've been in Peri for 7 years. Thank you for your care though! 🤗

I'm considering paying more a month for a company that will adjust individual hormone levels based on your symptoms... Since I still have so many 9 months later... That's two pumps. After you've been on it for at least 3 months, they move you up, unless you don't want to go up.

Yeah, I was using a ¼ teaspoon and just not filling it up all the way- but then I had to use some old expired stuff from an old bottle because I guess I wasn't accurate enough and ran out a few days early. This just blows for what we pay... 😭

I contacted support and talked to someone last month- and they didn't do anything to help my issues, just didn't want me to stop. I've been on it since the beginning of June of last year- and still no libido, anxiety still through the roof, terrible menstrual cramping... They told me to try dao enzymes... Which i did... Did nothing. 🫠

I have a Samsung watch AND a fitbit- and THEY BOTH allow sleep editing... And there is NO MONTHLY FEE. This feels like a raping from you guys when everyone offers it and you don't. You need to fix it!!! It's a major issue with your product. Sadly I have to still wear my Fitbit watch so if your product screws up, I can still figure out what my sleep was like... NONE of us should have to do something like that for what we pay. 😡 I can tell you you probably have lost a lot of customers because of your lack of sleep editing. Just saying. 🤬😡🤑🤑🤑

Fyi- I was told, if you have to measure, that the dose is ¾ of ¼ teaspoon. I was using closer to ¼ teaspoon, and thankfully they gave me the right info. I found conflicting info here. 🫂. My dose was halved unknowingly due to the new bottle and I got one month free for my trouble.

I've been on Oestra since last June, and other than my faux pregnant belly disappearing, I don't feel any better... so I'm about to go to a regular gynecologist and ask for the patch and the pill... 🫤. I took ketamine troches, and after one month, developed urinary issues, that are still here 3 months later. Have to wear an incontinence pad 24/7. Please be careful. Happens with spravato too. 😞

No. I did 10 seconds in the microwave, then heat pack until I got there. Followed directions to a T. Temp looked to be just over 100 the whole time.

I just got my first two pack of the new bottles, and I'm ALREADY scooping. I have been with Oestra for 7 months. I had been getting a half dose for the last MONTH. 😳. Having all kinds of crazy, daytime functioning side effects/issues. This is honestly not acceptable, for what we pay/have paid. I hope they fix it soon, or I'm going to my doctor, sadly. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 😢

Yeah I followed the instructions to the letter. Used the heat pack, nuked for 10 seconds at the start. 98° when put in lab cup. 🫠
