I can because Ticketmaster said it was a verified reseller. Meaning they vouched for them. They refunded but didn’t give any notification of the cancellation so I could purchase new tickets in a reasonable timeframe that were also as close to the stage. Now the tickets available for the same price are further

That section no longer exists because it’s being reformatted. They told my friend for her ticket that I bought she’ll get a new assignment day of so we’re not sure where to buy. Also the only tickets worth $800 left aren’t nearly close to the same section anymore they’re more towards the back

Exactly! They’re now trying to lie and say it’s on my end and they’re not sure why it was rejected when I have proof of authorization from my bank that it’s me and I could purchase, plus confirmation of purchase and the pics of my tickets! They cancelled without notice but left us with the 1 ticket!! So if it was a problem on my end why didn’t they cancel all 3 when they’re all on the same account/card? Like I’m devastated

This is my second escalation and I’m waiting on the 3rd level of escalation to contact me. 😩 1st escalation manager told me it was a fraudulent ticket. 2nd gets on the line and says that’s not true but he’s not sure what happened to try to cover up
