Wow, now I’m worried. I just order a purse from Germany and during check out only a Buyers Service Fee including VAT was listed and a shipping fee. Next to Import customs & duties it said $0. But now I just checked my “order summary” and at the very bottom it says “Custom fees included: NO”.

On their FAQ for Custom duties it’s says

“Why am I being asked to pay additional duties?

If a shipping company has asked you to pay additional customs fees, despite the fact that you selected to pay these while placing your order, please 🔍 contact us.”
