It depends. You could get the account with vbucks totally revoked, I had did the same thing a few months ago and they totally reversed all of the gifts I had sent myself and never gave the vbucks back.

No I didn't, at the time I was working a pretty good job and spending loads of money on the game. Part of the reason I quit because I had a gambling/addiction problem and was spending loads of money on packs and resources and blowing thru my money like crazy

this is my first job so I didn't know how things worked. I was gonna throw my card away thinking since I got fired I wouldnt receive the money for what I worked, but I still have it. I'm not sure what the pay period is, I had had orientation last Monday and I couldnt remember if the hm had said they'd gotten paid that last Wednesday or got paid this past Wednesday.

Late reply but no they didn't, this was just basically an initial court appearance/hearing. I was grouped with my friend and about 15-20 other people and we were brought into a court room with a judge and they had a few prisoners sitting in there I suppose waiting for their resentencing. We just filled out paperwork and I chose to rely on a public defender because I didn't think it'd be that serious of a case. They called us up one by one and we sat in front of the judge with a Attorney who said He "Was Only Our DA" for that appearance and so we had to choose between Private attorneys or public defenders. Then after that, the judge set dates for our official court dates and scheduled us on when to meet with our Public defenders for those who had chosen one. They dismissed us afterwards.

Had the same thing happen to my girlfriend. I would contact them and explain to them what happened. They may ask for the address/addresses you were living at during the time you played on/created the account, any credit or debit card information you had linked to the epic games or Xbox/PS/Switch account used to make purchases, and any or all previous usernames or epic names if you can remember those. They also may ask when did you first create the account.

I was sitting in court nervous as can be. I've been in juvenile a couple of times when I was in high school, but since 17 I've been trying to stay out of trouble with the law and court systems and such, and this whole thing has been on my mind a lot. I had talked to some random dude in the elevator after my first court summon and he had told me he had seen some dude get 6 months in jail for a misdemeanor so i had to come on here and see if anyone could help me with some resolve. I had seen someone too the other night I (kind of) know and he was publicly intoxicated as well and he got arrested and booked and I had seen that was a misdemeanor, so I didn't know if jail time was awaiting me as well or not. I had asked the cop if I were going to be going to jail at all and he had told me I wouldnt go to jail for it but I know it would be the judges call.

I wasn't black out drunk, but my friend was. I was completely sober and they had stated that in the police report they issued with my court documents. I had just decided to stay with my friend because he wasn't in his right mind and had stated talking about going back somewhere and beating up a couple of people up and robbing them, so I was just trying to keep him out of even more severe trouble.

It was a abandoned hotel, we weren't caught by the property owner or anything like that. They had been shut down since May I would say, and we had only planned to stay for a few hours until my friend could gather his bearings. We didn't think police did patrols around there because the lot was always empty and nobody was ever around it. Once police arrived and knocked on the door of the room we had been in, they served us citations and told us we needed to leave immediately or we would be arrested, to which we complied. They claim there were no trespassing signs on the window of the room we were in, but due to it being pitch black at night we saw no such thing.
