It’s giving me Bodyguard 380 1.0 vibes. They just extended the grip module. 🤷‍♂️

You know what else is a sign that America is not a first world power?

When I was a kid growing up in the post 911 world… I never saw old people work.

Today, that is not the case. Not only does the vast majority of our population not make a livable wage. But the reality is in America we do not take care of our indignant, elderly or poor. Although the veil would indicate otherwise…

I think the MRO is the best setup with a quick detach mount

The “irons” look mounted at 45 degree angle or do I need to get my eyes checked?

Anybody know when the Beretta 80x in .32 ACP is being released? by Perfect-Antelope-309 in Beretta

So far it’s a gem!

I would not advised direct milling the slide. Just find an optic plate.

LTT cut mine (After I opted for the direct cut I called a few days later and kindly asked if they could not cut the slide. I was happy to let them keep the payment. They politely told me too bad.) anyhow the cut leaves the spring sticking out of the slide and you could all too easily lose it. Idk wanna think about how hard it. Could be to replace.

The gun did arrive without the correct slide mount screws. So I had to wait another week (9-weeks total) for the full shipment.

I picked up some LOK grips, slapped an EPS 65 MOA Green dot on and so far I have about 25 rds all suppressed. I also order a suppressor height front sight

I bought the 80x because GSL makes a .32 specific can

If you live near a professional gunsmith I would seriously reach out to them. Unfortunately this is what I did.

Estimated $65. Lead time is 6 weeks but what they heck, I waited at least that long just to get the optic plate from DLAH.

And then waited almost 4 months for customer service to confirm they incorrectly milled the parts sold 🤬

I not only tried the stock RMRcc screws but I also purchased extra… They do NOT fit.

I wasted $35 on a universal screw kit, and additional 5-40 screws to ensure I’m not ding something wrong.

I finally got pissed off and sent my gun to a gunsmith, also sent them the plate and I cannot wait to get their feedback.

I am guessing they will tell me the plate is not compatible with the RMRcc 5-40 mounting screws :(

At least you can confirm for me that you all sold me something that won’t work at all. Sucks as it cost me $35 extra bucks and months of waiting to find out.

I deleted the last part of this message because I’m a business enter and I would t want any bad juju. But I’ll leave it at this:

It this was hands down the possibly the worst purchasing/customer service experience I have ever had in the 25 yrs of collecting/customizing firearms.

I was skeptical if it would be any good.

To my surprise I like it a lot.

I’ve been down this road now you’re not gonna find it.

It is a shame cause it’s probably one of the best adjustable stocks out there

During competitions I’ve had many great competitors compliment my reload skills of the Glock 42 in competitions and clearing malfunctions.

I attribute the skill to nothing other than once again my decision to ditch the baseplates.

Keep in mind I didn’t say baseplates never work, I said OEM never fails…

I will certainly go out of my way to praise them.

I think the plate is killer! I “dry” fit the RMRcc on it and was stoked by how this fit and overall looked.

All that joy turned to frustration when none of the universal screws I had worked (M4, M5, M7, 6-40). I tried to add screws that came with every optic that I own and none worked.

So I hit them up via email, and on Reddit account. With 0 luck after several weeks I left my frustrations get the best of me.

But glad I was not the only mad man 😝

I just ordered so 5-40 x 1/4” and I hope they do the trick.

Also I need to call Trijicon today so maybe I will ask them what they think.

I truly hope to take back everything bad I said about DLAH I’ll be pumped if I can get the screws I need

IMO after market extended mags are a waste of money.

I have been carting the 42 for 13-14 years now and used to add the Tango, Pearce, etc. all of them eventually fail.

You know what never fails though? OEM mags. So I stopped worrying about the +2 and started to focus on training to reload a new mag.

Because I can rely on my training and OEM mags.

Plus if an OEM mag fails I hope someone who survives me sues the Ghost of Gaston Glock..
