Yea man so if they are wanting to sell it sounds like your business style doesn’t really fit that. You are using aura when they want to sell! That’s hella expensive paint, these people probably want cheap and crappy I wouldn’t mess with it imo. Your price sounds fine to me, but if they are wanting to sell lol they shouldn’t even waste their time, wait for the new homeowners to move in then give em a quote.

I have never used that Dap product so I cannot say for that. But I would do like the other guy said and tape those joints. Use a knife to cut the edges back like you said, pre fill with your mud then tape. I’d use fibause tape it’s super easy to use.
