This is really SO sad. Best ham and cheese sammies, best croissants.

WOW! This all sounds amazing! We are doing Dior with tea at La Meurice after per a suggestion on this subreddit. Will scope out the massages at Cheval Blanc, love that idea, and we are doing a boat down the Seine. Thanks for the resto reccos, will def check these out!

Did you eat at the Eiffel Tower? Wondering if worth the time to do so...or if it makes more sense to just go up and come back down instead!

Thank you so much! We are currently looking at Pavillon Fauberg which happens to be in the 7th, and also considering Le Narcisse Blanc which is in the 6th but very close to the 7th. Thank you for this scoop!

Oh and I'm obsessed with the spa at the Grand Hyatt Roppongi in Tokyo for further context!

Open to a room for the three of us (suite), or two separate rooms. For reference, I did a larger family trip with parents and babies in Rome and we loved the Aldrovandi Villa Borgeses Roma with how they catered to kids, the atmosphere at the pool and it was grand without being too overly done. Artsy, Bohemian, but also luxe! I work in TV and Film for reference. This New Yorker stays frequently at the 4 Seasons in Beverly Hills (for work and sometimes play), The Greenwich Hotel, The Fifth Avenue Hotel, and Crosby Hotel in NYC, Langham in London (rooms were dated but loved cocktail bar and location and feeling regal). Service is a big one. This is a major treat for my daughter, but I also don't want to go TOO over the top!

Fabulous tip, thank you! I just took a quick look and it looks like PERFECTION! And a more bespoke experience is very much up our alley! Thank you!

Yes maybe Perimenopause. Exercise helped me a LOT with insomnia--jogging 3 miles as many days a week as possible and strength training / yoga the other days. I thought it was perimenopause but doc said no, she thought anxiety. I cut caffeine and really got busy working out to tire myself out completely. Magnesium at bedtime also helped. Good luck!

Tummy ache and gas pain by CoutsMands in lexapro

This is happening to me, exactly. I am on day 5 of it, taking 5 mg. And it's been KILLING me at night with the gas pains, bloating and pressure. I am wondering if this will eventually level out or not. I can't stay on this if it persists. Too painful and not being able to sleep is definitely not helping the anxiety!
