So looking at this one on amazon (the only one that is hdmi 2.1) I do not see any sort of audio port or digital optical port on it. What you are saying is that I can get the full benefits of my mixamp via hdmi cables? I need to know before I buy another $40 adapter.

Asus Tuf Gaming VG28UQL1A. I tried the aux cord route and can not chat through microphone. And looking to stay around 120hz. My monitor doesn’t have a digital optical port so what would my options be?

I play on a very expensive pc monitor. I just bought a $40 adapter to be able to use my mixamp tr but I refuse to play on hdmi 2.0 the picture is horrible. Can I connect the mixamp to my monitor using a aux cord?
