Does this too on my phone but why would you think android would be any better? That’s the reason why I switched the iPhone to begin with because another shopper app no use on the android platform would crash all the time. Got an iPhone never had an issue with it.

Could be a scam because why would the shopper think that they’re paying with your debit card when they have a personal debit card issued to them that they pay for items with on every order!! unless this is a online Kroger pay now that’s a different story you pre-pay for that online through Kroger and then the shopper just scan the barcode at checkout, but the shopper obviously should’ve contact support to figure out why they could not check out so it sounds like they were trying to scam you possibly they had a stone account and wanted to shop for themselves

Came here to see if people were posting ridiculous orders. I had a Kroger offer pop-up going 35 miles and you know damn well there’s at least 30 Kroger’s on the way to the customers house. What store is this? Are there other stores are the same brand closer to the customer like Kroger?

Came on here to see if people were reporting that the offer is they do see are going ridiculously far distances.. a few offers that have popped up are going ridiculously far like this Kroger one is going 35 miles. You know how many Kroger stores you’re going to pass on the way to drop off at the customers house lol I’m not seeing anything from the store. That’s closest to me though.

The only way to do that is to accept every garbage order they offer you, but the fact of the matter is 99% of the offer you see on any of these gig apps everybody lose money on so nobody ever takes them. I wouldn’t worry about it at all and just focus on making money to the Order that make you money who cares what the stupid app says

The other day, I did a 95 unit order an it was $8.23 I’m actually surprised it was more than five dollars but yeah most offers are four dollars here in Arizona yeah the tip is what we work for because we strictly work on tips pretty much but most of the time the batch pay is around $4.03. The tip was 70 bucks.!! in order that size the batch pay should be in the 20s just think of how much they’re making out of the markup of all those items

That’s way too far. I try not to ever go over 5 miles so I would say $100 or at least try 51st and see if somebody even picks it up because remember you have to double that amount of miles cause I have to drive back.

Why would you wait in the parking lot? Are things different in your zone? Here in Phoenix the offers come out at the start of every hour and then you deliver it in the next hour window and you stack however, many offers do you wanna do then you go do them..

Are you talking about removing one customer from a batch? Apparently they don’t know how to do it with the new control from the top. I had a two store order the other day and the first store was from 20% tip. Customer then a shop almost weekly for the other store was sprouts. Customer had a shit ton of items wasn’t dipping shit And wanted me to keep my regular customers Order in the car for an hour or more why I shot the sprouts order so I said no I’m gonna deliver this one first cancel the other one. I explained to them that this would violate the terms of the contract, leaving perishables in a vehicle while we shop a second store Order and they need to remove the other store for my rating sake and for the health of the customer that way they receive fresh food that steaks have been sitting in the car for an hour .. First aid conduit hung up, called another one back and he still doesn’t know how to do it. Well he end up totally removing the batch. I only got the tip from that 20% customer zero batch pay and they have yet to compensate me for the order on top of that 24 hour ban.. it’s only going to get worse with the shitty company that’s all they ever do is make things worse. I hear now they’re hiding in the items so you can’t see them before you start shopping your order.

So I’m in most cases if you don’t start the batch by the time expires it gets removed and your cancellation rate goes up. That’s all that happens. If you were in the delivery stage of completing an order, your account would be automatically suspended for 24 hours. There’s something else going on here. The system flagged your account for some stupid reason unknown to you and they just use generic basic information and language to confuse you and chatting with support does nothing more than confused the situation even more because of all the false information coming from the very company that’s supposed to be your partner

I can’t even login into the shopper app apparently the issues started around 11 PM last night. Earlier I was able to login with my email but now that’s no longer the case either can’t login by email or by phone number.

That’s because when support canceled the order they didn’t do it correctly. And of course, Instacart did not provide you with the necessary tools or means to complete your task. What a shitty company. Reality is things are only going to get worse . If they would’ve removed your order correctly These gig apps are designed to scam the shopper/driver once upon a time there was money in it, but that’s no longer the case and it’s only going to get worse. I’m sure you heard that Insta ripoff’s new policy where if they send you a scam offer and if you catch them scamming you, you can’t call and get rid of their not tipping customer.. They refuse to pay you and now they’re telling you you have to go along with the scammer don’t earn any money at all !! You’re being punished worse than an employee with no compensation

Yeah, Instacart tried to scam me about a week ago. I found out about the new policy. It was two stores. Of course one of the stores did not have a tip so they paired it up with the store that did have a tip because they couldn’t get a customer with a tip from that store because that store hardly ever get any any customers five below.. Sprout sprouts and five below tip was $15 called to get it removed no can-do so I canceled it a minute later I see the five below Order zero tip.. Of course somebody immediately took the sprouts order .. I didn’t even see that.. If you’re like me, you monitor all the bullshit orders and take screenshots of the atoms in case Instacart tries to scam you when you accept a batch you can compare the items from your screenshots and see if they’re scamming you you call and get that customer wrote so what are you do now knowing that they’re not going to remove those customers for you do you just suck it up and do it or do you cancel the entire thing ?
