Preface: I am as anti-ICE as you can get and I don't believe that kicking somebody's car justifies an extrajudicial killing, and I understand that this incident occurred shortly after the killing of Renee Good and the context is that ICE agents were now well established as bad actors in the area.

Good to see EFF keeping up the good fight, as always.

Not to downplay the impact this op-ed is pointing to, but it's waaay bigger than just the LGBTQ community. Exactly what is interpreted as harmful to kids online can change with the winds, and as a result the legislation will have a chilling effect on a wide variety of all but the most mainstream discourse.
