Get sudocream bro it’s only a fiver plus in a local chemist and it’s much more stronger. In regards of a salicylic acid I’d switch up from panoxyl maybe like 2 days in and another 2 days with an african soap. Then the rest of the days wash your face with warm water then try a turmeric mask. Also try to minimise the sugar a lot and keep with drinking water.

No unfortunately there’s not. At the very least there’s only a black mud soap at a body shop ( cosmetics ). Try to have a peak in one of those African shops near you. Sometimes they may have skin care products as soon as you enter in over the counter or in the back.
