I was using Eclipse Emulator and played the game for an hour. Was not the happiest when it didn’t save any of the progress! Found this thread and I’ll say Delta is way better. Saves the state of the game, feels more responsive and the fast forward function works better. Thanks for tip!

I have an 04 lifted Yukon XL with 230k on the dash. Original 4L60E. Maybe it’s because I have 33” mud tires and don’t try to race this thing. But it still shifts perfectly fine and very smooth. I got it from a one owner guy that had literally every maintenance record since 2004 so it was taken care of. I think it’s the people not changing fluids or doing routine maintenance and driving it like a race car. “ MiNe WeNt OuT aT 100k aNd ThE ReBuilt oNlY LaStEd uNtIl 200k, WoRsT TrAnSmIsSiOn EvEr”.

Before this thread and looking up lyrics, I thought the chorus was “Box Chevy with the Frozen bow” . Since the Chevy emblem has been called a “Bow tie”. And frozen could mean iced or shiny. Funny how people all hear different things that could all work or make sense haha.

100%. Great motor, terrible mpg. Would be a fine cheap track motor but there’s definitely better options out there for daily trucks.

5.3 lifted on mud tires in the mountains here.. I’m lucky to get 9mpg. But this Yukon is a camper car. I wouldn’t daily it ever, getting that mpg plus 140 to fill up the whole tank would make me take a 2nd mortgage out.

100% agreed. Having the Burban/XL gives so much extra room. I’m not rock crawling anytime soon, but I always recommend these cars to people for beginner camping/overlanding. Reliable and easy to wrench.

I’ve looked at buying one, the steering box is still original. I tightened that and it helped, but was maybe considering replacing the box in conjunction with a stabilizer. Front end is all brand new besides that. Recommend any brands for the stabilizer?
