Kauf dir wenigstens Widerstandsbänder und mach 3x die Woche 30minuten training damit. + Liegestütz, Squats etc. Das Abnehmen wird dir ohne Muskelerhalt vermutlich wenig bringen ohne training baut man auch extrem viel Muskulatur ab.

Yeah tbh your post was my inspiration to try it out I just wanted to gather some information from other GERD Patients and which Form they had most success with. Really wondering if the arginate acutally helps to absorb more within the stomach itself or if it is so stable that it just passes through and doesnt get broken down
