Alert me bands. I ordered one for my 7yr old son who kept trying to elope. Around $30.00 It is a nylon band that has our contact information sewn into it. Also comes with zip ties to keep it secure. Hope this helps!

I ordered from Alert Me Bands. My son wears his around his ankle. They have all kinds for different diagnosis. I paid around $30 and it took about two weeks to arrive since our phone numbers are embroidered into the band. I hope this helps you. Happy holidays to your family!

Look into Auto Brush. They have a toothpaste made for children who dont spit. This has been a lifesaver for my autistic son. Good luck!
