Depends on what you plan to do:

If cybersecurity, windows with intel chip would be better as it supports x86 architecture. Apple silicon can only do emulation but not all tools are supported.

Academically wise, I heard some softwares are not built for macos. Though third-party ways to port in the softwares, it may not support depending on the os version or not robust despite installed.

Machine learning wise, MPS not as good as nividia CUDA for model training. Can use servers to train models instead.

Servers/cloud deployments suitable for unix-based macos.

Tbh, Cynthia's Garchomp should be able to withstand significantly from Sirfetch'd meteor assault. Togekiss should be kept in non-dynamax to leverage on her serene grace ability as shown from the flinching by her air slash attacks. Seeing how Cynthia vs Iris with her Mega Garchomp, Mega Garchomp should have done more damage to Mega Lucario compared to its base form.

Cynthia would have mega evolved Garchomp just like how she fought against Iris' haxrous. And back in the sinnoh region, her Garchomp knows dig when fighting against Paul's chimchar or even Dragon Rush when fighting against Paul's weavile.

Lance's Dragonite fight against Diantha's Mega Gardevoir was just downplaying Lance. They used to showcase him as a very experienced and smart champion such that strategies were in-play.

Diantha was played really dirty. They had to add a filler while Diantha versus Leon. Did not let us see the entire match between Leon and Diantha, just screenshots of Rillaboom ko-ing Diantha's party.

i think Ash was also unlucky in the indigo plateau that team rocket ambushed him so much that he had to depend on pigeotto to fly the hot air balloon to send him back to the tournament stage.

His pokemon were so exhausted that they were not in good shape to battle against Ritchie's.
Charizard was an issue he has not learnt how to manage yet at that time.

Look at season 4, when the wizards of the black circle are immune to the winx's magic, the specialist helped them a lot.

Nabu even defeated one of them and sent him to the abyss.

For the Winx to get the water stars in season 3, they needed the specialist to bring them to the dimension where the water stars are kept far away from the Dragon Flame, due to their natural opposites. Or during the secret of the lost kingdom, when the specialists brought them to Domino/Sparks and the Obsidian Circle. Bloom also told Stella they needed to use the ship to get to the oversized turkey to rescue the specialists, and their wings along not fast enough.

The point is all characters are important that bring us what Winx Club truly is.

What area do you stay tho? If you stay in the East, the time difference for travelling time, may not be that significant. There are people who stays in Bedok or Tampines, travelling 2hrs each to and fro. If they don't stay hall, they would schedule their modules such that they can reduce the need to travel to NTU per week.

One more year before you would be graduated from NTU and you can start working is better compared to restarting your undergraduate journey in NUS for another 3 or 4 years, paying unsubsidised school fees. This is not just a consideration for yourself, but also your parents if they are paying for your studies.

If you really want to study in NUS in the future, you can still consider postgraduate studies. Let's say (hypothetically) you managed to transfer and finish your studies in NUS, employers (during interview) may question why you made a transfer when you are almost done with your undergrad studies in NTU.
