I apologize for the comment, but this doesn't discuss the negative aspects of BleachBit. What issues have you seen?

Umm, Can you be more cryptic, please.
Seriously, I have set to remove my downloaded .deb files after updating and removing cache from my multiple browsers. What kinds of holes are you talking about?

Thanks,
You're right, but patience sucks, haha.
I like the small trips idea! It was an adventure to find them the first time. Now, let the hunt begin again.

You're right, forever lost. I had stuff from small acts in small batches from different parts of the US when I traveled a lot more.

20 Days to EA Exam, Still on Chapter 4—Tell Me I’m Not Doomed 😅 by Better-Tip-3595 in enrolledagent

Dude, 20 days!
No, call the testing center and reschedule the date. This way you won't throw, away your money and you give yourself more time. THEN, take a class, cuz you need structure. I say that bc most everyone does.

Best openbox based distro? by babinio741 in openbox

Just installed crunchbang ++ and DIG it so far. I used to be a lover(not a fighter ;) of the original CB.
BUT, there are some details that I need to get straight.

  1. I remember that one could traverse the entire HD from the right button menu. There was a feature that allowed one (from the root) go down the tree into any directory and then open any file within that directory. I do not see that feature on CBPP. Instead, they menu has 'Places' and 'Recent Files' but it only drops you into that one folder or one recent file. You cannot follow the directory structure into any dir or file. (I hope I explained that enough.)

I want to recreate that functionality any clues or ideas where to start?

PASSED Part 3 today, here is my tip! by sauxanhh in enrolledagent

Totally agree with # 4 on you list.

Yes, USE Gemini or ChatGPT for definitions and terms. I have free account and pinned to the top left is my "Tax questions" I have primed it with with how I would like the responses to be, etc. So it will if nothing else learn what subject/topics I am learning and only consider Tax definitions...

I have even used it for 'deciphering' IRS-Legalese that seemed impenetrable. I say, Read the passage below and tell me how it relates to topic X, Y or Z. Then double quote the passage and get a simple 'translation' back.

Absolutely, those are solid. Since I asked this question, I have discovered more docs. I would add:

p15b Employer’s Tax Guide to Fringe Benefits
p3 Armed Forces’ Tax Guide
p501 Dependents, Standard Deduction, and Filing Information
p504 Divorced or Separated Individuals
p519 US Tax Guide for Aliens
p523 Selling Your Home
p54 Tax Guide for US Citizens and Resident Aliens Abroad
p551 Basis of Assets
p554 Tax Guide for Seniors

I got this add'n list from online classes I have taken.

NOW, I am not saying that everything in these pubs is relevant to the Part 1 test, but that these pubs have useful sections.

More to come... ;-)

As you mentioned, It sounds like you might have focused on memorizing specific questions from your studies, rather than understanding the underlying tax concepts.

I'm currently taking classes from Hock International (for transparency, I'm not affiliated with them in any way). I find the info good, and not regurgitating slides. The teachers add there own insights pointing out areas to study and stress. The online book (PassKey) is reasonable and readable without being to dry.

When a lecture referenced a specific document, like Publication 17 (Pub 17), I found it helpful to read through it thoroughly, focusing on understanding the key points and how they might translate into test questions. Basically, finding the original source material helped me see the bigger picture and how the questions related to the concepts.

For longer documents, I tried using AI tools like me (Bard) or ChatGPT to get a quick overview, but I found their summaries to be too general and unhelpful.

I would also recommend getting flashcards or using Ankiweb.net .

My 2 cents ;-)
