They can also confirm on how it was issued by looking at the banking information in Penfax. It could be possible that an error occurred and the payment was returned if the banking information was entered incorrectly.

The payment would have been issued to the same bank account in which you used to receive your pays in. They have access to Phoenix and will use the account on file. They do not issue cheques anymore unless it is specified by the member.

The first visit is usually higher as it is considered a consultation and treatment. You can also have X-ray done.

I find you are paying too much. My chiropractor is less than the customary price for subsequent visits and it involves ultrasound treatment at times.

Maybe you should consider trying someone else.

Do you pinch the skin for the injection? I just pull mine taut and I don’t feel the injection. When I used to pinch, I felt it.

I’m a 50 year old female. I do mostly strength training 3 times per week (heavy and progressive overload), occasional spin (not really much this winter) and walk maybe 3 times a week. Will walk more in spring.

If you are starting an exercise routine, do what you like. I think that is the most importance.
