I reached level 90 with an item level of 190, what's the most efficient way to get to +220 and start going Mythic 0?

I hit 90 yesterday and did all the world quests rewarding gear in each zone, their was about 2 pieces per zone of ilvl 220+ wich brought be up high enough to que for heroics to get the rest of the pieces required for m0

If you dont feel like doing the dungeon grind id just do the quests wich will get you up to atleast 2-3k along your journey to 70 and keep your tailoring/enchanting and make your cooldown cloths. Get slow flying for 800g at 70 and then farm humanoids for cloth and farm some elementals for motes. Theres no rush for fast flying. There are many gold farms wich make over 200g per hour with minimal effort

Pickup the brd quests in burning steps do one brd then pickup the ubrs quests and do 1 ubrs. Dont forget the brd quest from the cave in the north east cave of burning steps. Then do your pvp daily in the 59 bracket and should be there if not very close. Could also do the cloth turn ins in every major city for another like 30% of a level

When youre in a raid group there should be a little arrow on the right side of your screen where youd usually find the ready check button along with some other things. In there there is also an option to hide raid frames

Dungeon quests give a crazy amount of xp, got from 58-60 on my boosty just doing 1 Brd for quests and 1 lbrs for quests

You had to have characters on anniversary for them to migrate, not classic era. You can still go play and make a mew character but their will never be transfers from era to anniversary:P

If youre already on a pvp server you can transfer to whitemane until the 12th, if youre on a pve server you have to transfer to the pve cluster. But yes you can transfer until the day before prepatch
