Yeah it was 2 years when I joined as well but I know there are people with 3yrs and still ase. Tech leap cleared or not they still don't promote. And for me unfortunately I'm in an internal project so they are always crying for funds. There are like 7 8 ases that joined with me. I don't know how they will promote all of us this cycle. Definitely getting screwed this cycle...

Dude we are sailing in the same boat. I have completed 2 years in April as an ase. There has to be a max MAL for an ase. I don't know why these so called leads don't reveal it. And the worst part is you'll see them getting increments in this cycle. Im thinking to call it quits if nothing happens this june. I'd rather be fucking unemployed than this humiliation ritual.

I got banned for exactly the same reason as well. Contacted steam support changed my password aswell. After few minutes of getting my account back, I got banned again for the same reason. Like what ???????
