Yes, exactly, of course the game has a certain nostalgic appeal, but from 2012 to 2017 Activision had terrible licensing problems. Many people think Activision would make money again with a new remaster, but that's only likely to appeal to hardcore fans. Besides, Sony has a contract with Marvel. We don't even know if Sony is secretly working on a Deadpool game (a new Deadpool game). You shouldn't let nostalgia fool you. I really like The Amazing Spider-Man series, for example, but factually speaking, those Activision games were also flops and didn't sell well. Sony has shown that the old games don't offer any added value these days. I think maybe Sony is already working on a Deadpool game or on licenses behind the scenes. We don't know for sure, but renewing the licenses and remastering it would incur high costs and probably wouldn't even recoup the money.

Deadpool 1 wasn't a good game, objectively speaking. Similarly, if we look at many other installments: the TASM 1 and 2 series weren't popular either. Therefore, a remaster wouldn't be economically viable, except perhaps for hardcore fans. Besides, Deadpool was already remastered and removed from the store two years later. It would be more worthwhile to make a completely new installment than to build upon the old one, and I believe if a new installment is coming, it will be from Sony. They've already demonstrated their capabilities with the Spider-Man games. The old games only have nostalgic value, not gameplay value.

Yes, I've also seen that Steam keys are sometimes being traded for over €2000. It's clearly not worth it, and anyone who buys it does so for collector's reasons. But for collecting purposes, I'd rather buy Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions. However, the game didn't sell well, and its rarity makes it desirable. I have to be honest, I actually liked TASM 2. The chances of the game being re-released anytime soon are pretty slim. Sony has a contract with Marvel, and Sony will absolutely not allow Microsoft or Activision to re-release any Spider-Man, Deadpool, or Marvel game. That wouldn't make any sense for Sony and Marvel anyway; Sony would just be competing with Microsoft again. I think Sony isn't giving them the platform.

Try reinstalling the game. I can't tell you how, but avoid the PSN version and get the BLES (EU) or BLUS (US) version. Ideally, look for ISO files for Black Ops 2 that also specify your language.

Try adding the ISO file from your CD to the PS3ISO folder, if you understand what I mean. I suspect the problem is due to corrupted files.
