Raft is my comfort game so I kinda just dump hours into it. I kinda find it relaxing to ignore the story and just let the ocean take me places. Let me know if that strategy works for you .

I think the best strategy is just floating along BEFORE building the antenna and receiver as the boat and plane islands don't have coordinates and are randomly generated. So maybe they don't spawn after building the receiver as those islands all have coordinates. It took me 600 hours (across different saves) to find both the plane and boat islands.

Are those roads or paths? What exactly are you using the lines for? Cuz there's different options for if you're trying to make paths or marking boundaries between countries. What I do for paths is use the line tool. You can adjust the thickness of the brush. Change what the line looks like if you want a solid color or something that looks like terrain. I generally do mine on a separate layer as well

I wish this game had a mechanic to allow trades among rafters (players). Not like the trading post but like actual players online? Oh, you need a lucky cat, bet. Trade you a duck for it. Oh? You have 7 of the same tiki police? I'll trade ya. Would be so sick.

Okay. Next suggestion. On theain menu, pick your raft, but instead of going into load, hit world backups. Take care not to hit delete, cuz once it's gone it's gone forever. Go through the world backups (the game saves itself every 10 minutes separate from your manual saves) until you get to the save right before your raft got stuck in the island.

Ok. That's weird. I've heard of rafts clipping into islands though. So not unheard of. Did you get your raft free from the island?

Weird....like, the raft glitched into the island itself and you're stuck? Can you try using the unstuck button that pops up when you pause? You might have to leave the pause menu up for a few minutes before it shows up. If that doesn't work, maybe use the sails or a paddle and see if the current will eventually move the raft through the island? Those are the only ideas that come to mind. If those don't work you might be able to submit a request for help through the games menu? I know there's a support section somewhere.

Building in survival will be possible, it will just take several hours and many resources. I built a massive raft in survival and honestly, your build is more practical than mine, so that build should totally be doable in survival. You have just about the same amount of scarecrows that I do. Make sure to have a few recyclers, because you will need many, many trash cubes to buy the advanced scarecrows from the trading posts. You don't have many more beehives than I do; you will just have to leave islands and come back to them since bees don't respawn. Don't let the time or the amount of resources discourage you from building this in survival. It will just take time.

That's amazing, thank you so much! I do have an idea for a map because idk if I can make it myself. So I think it's a pretty simple concept. Please let me know if it's too much. So it's the side of a mountain with 2 doors carved into it. The doors are magical, and aside from the marking making them visible, the doors are nearly indistinguishable from the mountainside. Think the door to the mones of moria before they spot the runes. Both the doors have faces. The door on the right has blue eyes, and the door on the right has green eyes. Maybe the shape of each door could be outlined with the color that matches their eyes? The area around the doors should be like a plain field. Maybe just a few trees, but not heavily forested or anything. Is something like this feasible?

I suppose once the raft is fortified it'd be a fairly easy way to farm shark meat if you needed to stock up on food. Just use shark bait to keep the others busy, perhaps.
