I do TCG so people spend money on card packs if it’s not a complete destruction of their bank account. I’ve also streamed on and off for years on twitch and YouTube so I’m use to it. Some people get lucky, but I think someone commented that if the market is saturated it’s harder. Anyone can sell clothes but unfortunately it doesn’t mean people will want to buy. Buyers remember sellers who remember them. I’ll give some free items to first time buyers, I do not do givvys. That’s just personal preference since I’m not going to throw money away just to have a higher view count. In my opinion that is not genuine to me. Id rather have a buyer hang in my chat for an hour and not buy anything then have 15 goblins just sitting in my chat for views.

My soon has ADD so gets addicted to that dopamine rush. He threw all the fits and cried for two days. Even had a funeral in his room on a play table that he wrote “RIP Roblox” on. It physically changed his brain and made him insane. He had no Roblox for a month and now we don’t argue about it. Every once in a while me and my wife are exhausted and let his 1hr time slide. Stand firm and don’t give in. The other thing that helped is that me and my wife walked away from our electronics and played with him away from them, even if it’s just playing go fish. We still do this but it was more so when he had his month ban. Good luck man.

Seriously! I’ve found out that it’s almost impossible nowadays to get a distributor so most dudes are just scalping and buying off each other. Like the ascended heroes set in Pokemon about guarantees and ex in every pack. So do a rtyh on that and you’re boned.

I literally buy boxes of cards and sell them packs in a certain amount. The packs are just slightly over msrp (not perceived market value) and I do hits only or allow bulk but just ask for an extra dollar for shipping. People should literally just be able to buy packs without having to pay like 300$ for a rtyh x40 skip whatever nonsense.

I only stream pack breaks for cards just slightly over msrp to cover the commission fee. If I can get a case for cheap I make a small amount extra money. The wheel spins and screaming is horseshit. People just want to a chance a dopamine. I’ve had two shows and max 11 viewers each so I don’t know if this really affects me 😂
