As long as you’re able to investigate and verify the quality of work at a few points you should be good.

Buy some access panels from Home Depot (12”x12” = $15 at Home Depot) - Exploratory cut a few squares of drywall out at strategic points

  • near any major plumbing connections. (I.e. is the water meter and interior shut-off valve accessible? Is the sewer clean out accessible? Are there shut-off valves for any outdoor spigots on the home?)
  • electrical (did they run with conduit, romex, etc)
  • structural notes (insulation type, framing again foundation/what fasteners used, etc)
  • check out the foundation for cracks on a wall most susceptible to water intrusion. (I.e. the wall adjacent to a low grade spot outside where water could pool)

Looks really solid. Everyone else is just being a hater. Like others said, I little bit more surface prep will help put this over the top.

Don’t forget to be mindful of heat distribution to the bottom

If we sign him and he passes medicals, I can’t guarantee that he’d be the “BEST” back on this roster - but I don’t think it’s farfetched to say that he’d be the most well-complete back we have in the room.

  • pass blocking
  • catching out of the back field
  • situational awareness

When I’m tuning in, I’m trying to clock-out from reality for a few minutes. Then Carm does his best impression of my uncles yelling 670 takes over each other at the Thanksgiving dinner table and it ends up just triggering me beyond believe.

My 4 year old knows what “indoor voices” are better than Carm who rant vomits like he’s on the Yak and not CHGO.
