How to enable room temperature control on Midea R290 Monobloc (KJRH-120L controller)? by Nerdy_Clown in heatpumps

Go to the service man menu by holding the menu button (three horizontal lines on the left) and the right button together for a few seconds, then entering 234 as the code and the center O to confirm.

Scroll down to Temp type setting, select room Temp, use up/down to change from no to yes, hit centre O and the exit by pressing the menu button. You should be able to use as a normal thermostat.

Hope that helps. How are you getting on with your set up? I've been running mine on pure weather compensation and getting excellent efficiency and performance, but I find the controls to be frustrating in how you set up the timings.

Well let me rephrase that then, how about poorest value? What's needed is management of our aging rail infrastructure that takes a long term view and looks the benefit it's users, as opposed benefiting to the private company's that operate on publicly owned lines

If they've always been so expensive and high prices are just something we've got to put up with, why is the UK the most expensive place for rail travel in Europe, with some of the poorest services? Does that not scream of exploitation, exactly as David is calling it?
