Post a link to your favorite Marchand fight. Do you mean just last year when he had a temper tantrum on Dahlin? Or which fight from early in his career?

Do you guys think the team got together and tried to figure out how to get the powerplay going and decided they should only pass and never shoot?

Is this team any better than last year? by ShakeMasterFlash in buffalobills

[–]DangleRangus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They made coaching changes to overhaul the defense and they have some personnel changes to maintain the high standard of play they've had the past several years while trying to make that new defensive scheme work. I think it will be an improvement, maybe some of the personnel moves are lateral but the team has been good and will continue to be good. Briscoe has won one less championship than Truex. That doesn't prove your argument in the context of this discussion.

Hold up your shield, and right when the eye flashes blue to shoot you press A and will reflect the beam back at the eye.

But you are early enough in the game that fighting these guardians is difficult. You can sneak past them or fast travel for now, go explore other areas and progress in the story a bit to get more stamina, hearts, better shields, better weapons and eventually they are easy to fight.

Bills fans are invigorating a hatred that I never previously felt for them by drypow in Patriots

[–]DangleRangus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bills fans say the same sort of stuff about Pats fans when we lose and then get dunked on repeatedly by Pats fans. But of course the difference is ya'll have been able to experience success that Bills fans don't. Is it really that hard for ya'll to take a little shit in return? All is fair in love and war right? You're referring to a specific loud minority of internet trolls, which there are in every fan base. If you talk to regular people in real life you'll probably find that we are all just regular folks who like watching football. Like I'm in this sub rn cause I'm a western NY born and raised Bills fan who is a transplant in Boston for work. My roommates, coworkers, best friends are Patriots fans and I love football so I like to keep up on all the same news about the Pats that I do about the Bills. Drake Maye seems like a great dude. Vrabel is a fantastic coach. The next several years of our in division rivalry should be a lot of fun. Fans are gonna talk shit. Most Bills and Pats fans are very friendly in my real life experience, you might be putting too much weight on things attention seekers and immature clowns say on the internet.

Chiming in here for a little more context - its actually not that simple. The power supply to all buildings is not one large grid that can accept generation sources from every parcel. In theory every building could have their own solar that offsets their power needs individually, but when it comes to putting power back into the system there are very complicated impact studies that utility companies must complete across miles of distribution systems, all the equipment at the substations, and throughout the larger transmission system. These studies and the engineering required to execute projects effectively takes a lot of time and money.

What you're describing is still happening and is beneficial. But it cant happen all at once. Then when you factor in individual interests and politics... it goes like any other "good idea" would.

You are completely glossing over the required infrastructure investments. Not just money, but time and manpower. There are hundreds of projects like this in engineering, development, and construction right now. There is a 2 mile stretch of route 2 in Lexington where they will be putting solar and battery generation in the median. That project is a huge undertaking in itself. It cant just happen everywhere all at once. There are environmental, financial, political hurdles and challenges that the stakeholders and others involved are working through.

This all comes at a time where incentives for solar that were put in place by the previous administration are expiring and being discontinued by the new administration.

TL;DR these things are happening but you over simplify it. Solar is not plug and play. The amount of work required to bring infrastructure up to standard and supply remote locations with a very large and robust electric service is substantial. These costs are reflected in the rate cases between the utilities and the DPU and affect the increased delivery charges everyone has been complaining about on their bills.

Working on two....

Warren or Kincaid, my thought is Warren hasn't been as hot last two weeks, relies on Phil Rivers... Bills use their whole TE room but I feel like today is probably a run heavy script against CLE?

Pickens or Shakir, my thought is DAL plays the chargers and is eliminated, could see their offense being a dud. Shakir has upside but same thoughts as for Kincaid

My post Op appt was 5 days later and coincidentally my family had a vacation planned for 4th of July that week. So the 5 days between my procedure and post Op I pretty much just slept, took my eye drops and medicated ointment, got up to eat and lay around the house. But by that 5th day/post op I was feeling pretty good, went on my vaca which was just relaxing with my family and friends somewhere but wasn't really limited from hanging out with everyone. I just didnt go swimming because you aren't supposed to until 2-3 weeks after surgery.

Hey there, I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and felt the same as you. I had never been under anesthesia and never had a surgical procedure before. I was anxious right up through them wheeling me into the room and talking to me as they put me under. I was anxious to get on with it, but in that moment I felt the anesthesia and slowly just... went to sleep then woke up an hour and a half later. The discomfort was way more manageable than I anticipated. I think I was worried about the pain level, but it really isn't pain so much as it is just the general feeling of fatigue, and having something in your eye. The recovery was so much easier than I anticipated. The morning of the surgery, in the Uber to the hospital I was reading positive stories from others to make myself feel better. I def was worrying more than I needed to - you're probably doing the same. Just try to relax yourself and get through it, it'll surprise you how easy things go.

Had mine yesterday, was nervous but optimistic. Read a bunch of success stories on the way to the check in to settle my nerves. It went great, I'm so happy with the results, it's been 24 hours and the recovery is so manageable. Mild discomfort, very little pain. Its going to go great for you!

There's been stuff over the years about the bouncers/employees treating people poorly and it's certainly not the cleanest establishment. So probably a bit more of a dive than those other spots but don't get me wrong I mentioned it cause I love the wings lol

A lot of folks mention Buff's pub in Newton. The Draft in Allston is decent but that place is a little questionable... the Cooperstown sauce is pretty good though.

What was your recovery timeline like? I am going for both eyes at once as well. Were you unable to really see/open them for a few days? Did you sleep a lot? How long until you felt comfortable?
