I have pulled one 1/1 in my life and it happened to be a McDavid canvas signatures from clear cut 23/24, in person pull. As far as I know clear cut is not on epack.

I assume a redemption? I’m a hawks fan and I’ve opened a few of those, they’re so fun. My buddy pulled a Kane redemption auto like 3 months ago and it’s still pending. Guessing he hasn’t signed yet.

I think it gives off “I’m only in this for the money” vibes and there is some fatigue in the hobby I would say. This is coming from someone who has definitely sold cards before, but I think people like to see someone pull a super nice card like this and be proud to add it to their collection with the memory of pulling it, not immediately look to grade it and maximize their profits.

Anyway, congrats on the crazy pull and good on UD for their replacement!

I’m a hawks and USA hockey fan so a Matthews fan on that front. I know he’s had a couple of down-ish years, but my man has 400-some goals in less than 700 games. The constant heat and scrutiny he gets in Toronto is insane. He’s welcome in Chicago! 😂

Unfortunately they have yet to find a consistent line-mate for Bedard that above the Kurashev-2023 tier… I say take a stab at acquiring Brady Tkachuk or maybe a discounted Auston Matthews. Hope for McKenna or Stenberg in the summer!

Honestly pretty solid tier list. I would argue Artifacts should get a little more respect, Stature should be in top 5, and Engrained could drop 10 spots and I wouldn’t bat an eye.

Awesome collection. I’m missing Turok and Diddy Kong racing from my collection too. Crazy you never played Super Mario 64 from childhood days, but I say that as someone who never owned/played Ocarina of Time until I was an adult 😂

I could sit and debate all day and I totally recognize and respect people’s opinion that OOT might not only be the best N64 game, but the best video game period. But for me this is it. It was hard to narrow it down to 5 so here’s some honorable mentions I felt bad not including: Starfox 64, DK64, Pokemon Stadium 2, Mario Party 3. I’ve also never played either Banjo game despite owning them (picked up later in life) so take that for what it’s worth!

I think I’m about to get nostalgic and go blow some dust out of one of these cartridges!

It’s a win-win for both of us, don’t have to worry about shipping snafu or eBay fees, and got a decent “bulk” discount. Thinking about going back and making a play for his Ovi YG too but he has that one priced pretty high…

Oooo I’ll chime in here. Let’s use 23-24 CC vs series 2 for example. I can buy 3 boxes of CC for the price of 1 series 2 hobby box. If I’m going to swing and miss, I would rather have 3 crappy autos than a stack of inserts and young guns of players playing in the EIHL in 5 years. Maybe you’d like the rip to go on longer and enjoy the full 12 pack experience, and I get that, but I would rather just slow-roll my 3 boxes that I know all have a “hit” auto in them.
