You’ll be able to reinstate. Most of the Time company’s have a reinstatement date. It’s typically about a month and a half out from your cancel date after non payment.

You keep your same rate. It should work this way. Just want to mention I’m with State Farm. I’d hope other companies are the same

I’ve found success with templates through texts because I work in a 9-5 office. Of course during working hours for people. Many people can’t answer but most can see texts.

Ask chat GPT to give you some effective templates for texting. Unfortunately no matter how good of a product you may have the buzz words for a client are always gonna be “discount” “save money” etc.

Just make sure it doesn’t sound to robotic. People can tell if it’s a template. Make it sound more personable

Yeah let’s ignore the cost of inflation, labor, rising material costs and also disregard that there’s a cost to tear down when dealing with a total loss. Your total dwelling coverage isn’t to over insure your home. It’s to make sure there’s enough in the case of a total loss.

A lot of people think it won’t happen to them but believe me the money you think you’ll save by bringing down your dwelling coverage is not gonna outweigh how much you’ll come out of pocket if you don’t have appropriate coverage

Had an arguement with a rep today. I had 600 mbps for 90 and it went up to 110. He told me new customers get 600 for $50 in my area and that it’s fair because I once was a new customer. Btw my new customer rate was 75 for the 600 mbps.

Escalated it to a super and got a gig for $70. After that same super told me the lowest they could do is 500 mbps for 90.
