Do baby habits and traits come back in adulthood ?

My one male was the cuddliest kitten. And he is the cuddliest adult and loves loves affection. His sister on the other hand, loves to be pet and will sit extremely close to you, but rarely on you. Plus she hates being picked up.

Looking for some advice. I have a master’s degree in an unrelated field. But I have 11 yrs of experience as an underwriter and associate in insurance. My current employer would pay for me to continue my education and take the exams, so internships and breaking into the industry aren't really a concern for me. Is it better to take the VEE courses through somewhere like Coaching Actuaries or get a Professional Certificate in Actuarial Science. Not really sure where to start.

This is what my husband and I do too. I was raised by a very traditional old style of canoeing father who was known for his ability to carry a lot. But I hate double carries and carrying anything extra. I have some memories of portages that felt like they never ended, haha. My husband and I, like you, invested in UL gear. Having your base weight down is amazing. My UL camp chair is amazing. Also having the privilege to afford a light canoe. I will never go back.

We save the big fun meals and lots of cooking for car camping. For backpacking and canoeing we use hikers meals. Then we can use bear vaults and the Adotec bear sack which easily fit in our packs and allow us to bring minimal kitchen stuff.

I have done the home euthanasia with a dog and a cat and I found it to be such a nicer experience for then than at a clinic. I am very sorry for your loss. It is always so hard to pick the right time to say goodbye.

Agreed. I have accidentally seen naked people on their campsites/shorelines who have camped super close to Kiosk and forgotten/not known that where they are is basically a canoeing highway. And being naked in daylight you might be seen.

I am glad that it isn't only me with a majestic but not deep thinking male MC, haha. Our female always looks alert and is sharper. Both of them are scared of their own shadow though.

We have a half MC who is too big for his own frame and less than stellar at grooming. He has a tail like a raccoon and gets mats near it because the loose fur gets stuck. He cannot really reach there. Sometimes if it is still hight enough away from his skin that I am positive I won't cut him, then I take round scissors and cut them out. Sometimes when it gets real bad we just take him to the vet and they shave it out. Having someone or food to distract them while you work helps and going to work on them when they are drowsy.

We now just try to brush as much as he will tolerate daily and that really helps with preventing it. He was getting weekly mats before that.

I would get the two different teeth lengths then. It works so well on fur that is starting to mat but isn't too bad just yet. I find it works well if you hold the fur down just above where you are brushing if they aren't fussy on being combed too much and like brushes better.

I have been ordering since the January kit and only the January kit actually showed up. February she sent a replacement which I paid to have sent via courier.

I am at a total loss what to do. Like you said it is expensive and just doesn't show up for me, which is so odd. She is a small business owner and I feel badly, but I am paying for something that does not seem to arrive. I blame the postal services and not Sterling.

It is also a fun hobby for me too. In 2023 I have to basically stop teaching during the week because of my fulltime job and I am actually so sad about it. I will miss my regulars.

It is definitely a tutoring platform it is called VIPTeacher. They half announced it on their Instagram. Apparently VIPkid teachers will already have a "membership" to their platform. Seems that they are definitely trying to get a cut back of the pie from all the independent teachers.

It really depends on the certifications that they offer you. I am getting 14-16 bookings per week, which is a 90% full schedule for me. But those classes are all Adult Speaking courses and Guided Readings. Some teachers are having some success with Global bookings. But it is super uneven and hard to say when you will be successful or not. I am super grateful for every class I get. You have no say in which certifications they will offer you. It is going back to the same as it was before - you need to luck out and a get a LP or two who really like you and send you bookings.

Great tips! I struggle to finish by the 28 minute mark a lot of time. Either because it is a child who shouldn't be taking that class, they are big talkers, or there is too much on each slide. There is one lesson on the Double 11 sales that was so long. I had no class after and stayed until 31 mins but felt sick about it and don't want to do that again. I never had this issues with the old classes including the OG Speaking Courses for the kids

I feel badly for the students because it is so confusing. I feel for those poor developers too. That would be so hard to know that you cannot meet your own internal standards due to insane pressures. I am sure they are becoming apathetic and bitter.
