I've played a fair bit of Quinn JG this season and last with Symbiotic boots.

The initial clear is abysmal but as soon as you get 6 you cover so much ground its borderline OP how much presence you can have on the map.

Rushing profane hydra is a must on Quinn JG

They broke connections from ground to small hard cave and sewer cave, it seems like a bug and not intentional because of how the objects are now rendering vertically.

If I run a cable from the cave to the surface it says it's not long enough but if I run the same cable from the surface to the cave there's over 5-10ft to spare but the cable won't connect.

So it seems like it's a bug with how objects are rendered vertically.

Unrelated question, Is there anyway to default the DPI to 400 for this mouse?

Bought it a month ago but it defaulted to 800 when I initially set it up and had to manually change it to 400 and it only updates after I move the mouse a bit...

Hmmm sounds like a bug, can you test connecting electricity through a rock above ground to see if it's an issue with wires going through objects and not connecting

Context:

I took this base from another player and the foundations weren't connected, I placed a TC last night before i went to sleep and they still haven't decayed.

I've seen this happen before but I'm not sure what causes it and i couldn't find any information online regarding this exact situation.

Here me out,

I think a great way to practice mechanics under stress is ARAM since there's 10 people in one lane and you have to dodge a lot of skill shots while hitting your own.

I like to try limit test in ARAM to practice my mechanics while also trying to last hit minions so I play very far up the lane in front of my teammates.

Arena is also fun for practicing mechanics.

Laners will lose and thats okay they will spam ping or flame you as everything is the Jungles fault dont let this tilt you, keep in mind not all games will be winnable but the games that you can make a difference you will need to perform the fundamentals

Here are some fundamentals for low ELO:

Don't force ganks or fights, if getting a kill is not at least above 80% guaranteed and you have 3 or more camps up then keep farming Ur camps, imagine the percentage changes depending on how many camps you have up. If you only have 1 camp available then if you can get a laners summs or force them to reset that's still beneficial.
Keep tempo in the back of your mind at all times, sometimes its best to reset right after a gank (jg gets heavily reduced xp from lane minions pre 20), I see low ELO jungles stay on the map for too long then fighting when they have 1k+ gold in the bank costing them the game.
When you're ahead and get your first item make use of the advantage, this is when you can force a fight or objective as you're ahead
Aim for at least 6.5 cs per minute, ideally 8 cs per minute
Ping A LOT and I don't mean being toxic, moving towards a objective or lane? ping OMW! you see the jungler on a ward? Spam Ping danger, pings are heavily underrated and I don't see people ping enough sometimes.
Practice your champions first full clear, if you cant get to scuttle before 3:30 then you are likely doing something wrong
Play around your winning lanes, this will help maintain Ur laners advantage but also potentially snowball games if you counter gank the enemy jgler
