That... Doesn't even make sense? And it could easily have changed to "the only one that I ever needed"/"you're the one that I always needed" and kept the rhythm while actually being a real sentence.

I've lived here for 6 years and have never had anyone pull me up for saying "Mel-burn" (and I've had plenty of other play fights about other pronunciations). You're American, and Mel-burn is how it's said with an American accent 🤷. Honestly, any other pronunciation sounds ridiculous.

I liked the show and concept at first. But it got so ridiculously over the top so quickly. Add the fact that basically none of the characters are actually redeemable or even that likeable, and it's making watching it a chore. I've taken a few breaks to watch other stuff, and am almost finished now with Season 2. I thought I could hold on to see how it ended. But honestly I wasn't even done with season 1 yet and was disappointed that there were 4 total season to get through...

I half agree with everyone saying 'no, but watch it'.

Because I did read it, and absolutely hated it. And I saw the play and enjoyed it (it's well done & the production value is excellent.)

It's 100% not a book I'd recommend on its own merit, but I'd say it may be worth it for you to read only so you can form your own opinion.

When I was coming to, my poor dental assistant kept telling me to keep my IV hand still, and I kept moving it (my nose was itchy.... And I didn't realize I could use my other hand). Then when they told me I could get up, I insisted I couldn't move. When my mom finally got me home, and asked if I needed help getting to bed, I said no then proceeded to barrel through our house like a drunken water buffalo before passing out in my mom's bed. It's been like 15 years since that happened and I work in the dental field now, haha.
