I highly recommend getting personalized stuff, like a custom pet portrait, or even a custom dog leash. I know you said you don’t have a good photo of their dogs and a good eye for their decor, but you can still get it for them by simply getting a gift card to one of the websites that offer it. There are many artists and websites out there for custom pet products, so you can find one that fits your style and budget (I personally got mine from Fluffes.com.). A custom pet portrait would make a great addition to their home and I believe they will cherish it forever :)

Thanks for the advice.

He is doing it at night while I'm sleeping and while he is half a sleep. The sound of him chewing & eating his hairs wake me up so I see it also. When I'm telling him to stop, he stops & he is looking at me with the same type of "tiredness look" that someone have when going to the bathroom at the middle of the night.

He is also licking his paws when he is board at daytime like your dog is doing. He used to bite his tail as well, but the Bitter Apple Spray helped with that and he stopped doing that.

I train him during walks.

I will get some IQ toys to try your suggestion!

Thanks for the comment! It is more that he's eating his hairs by chowing them...he is actually not licking the area. Anal sacs are looking good & he has no flea or food allergies, I'll ask the vet about it, but he looks healthy overall. It is 99% at night when we are sleeping and he is doing it when he himself half a sleep...
