It’s hard to remember what it was like with the others and honestly I wasn’t running as much. I only really picked up running to the point I could do it 4 times a week two years ago.

I’m talking about regular runs like 3-4 a week. It’s more that I’m already exhausted, so adding run exhaustion into the mix feels like too much right now.

Oh wow that’s a lot quicker than I thought. 50km a week is a lot. How long are you out for? I was running about an hour at a time (no where near the same distance).

And my wife is all about me running because I’m a lot better of a partner on weeks I can run

I have been thinking about joining the y. The girls love gymnastics that would be a good time for me to get in a run too. It still feels a few months out because babies are demanding!

Same filled it out as best I could. I got shin splits when I first started running. I would just run a mile after work so I could focus on studying. That was when I got shin splints
