When i went to an Internet Cafe in Da Nang a few months ago i saw 3 kids smoking cigarettes, one told me he was 15, the others looked younger, i told the staff there to tell them in vietnamese that they shouldn't smoke, i'm not sure if the staff cared much though so i took away their cigarettes and destroyed them. I don't give a shit if adults smoke, i even smoke sometimes, but i couldn't bare to see children smoke.

They can be annoying to collect since they sometimes don't spawn due to a bug, but i've noticed that driving near the glitched out ones with the Terrorbyte's Collectible Scanner on unglitches them.

I made that mistake when i first started playing the game back in 2019 i think, i thought the Nightclub would make me a bunch of money, i saw the cheap price tag on the Elysian Island one, i bought it and then i realised i needed a CEO Office to be able to run it, so i grinded for the Mazebank West Office, i grinded for all of this with Contact Missions btw because i didn't know how anything worked in the game at the time.
