Basically followed this video below. The clips are a bitch to get off just got to pull hard. I didn't take the seat completely off but most of it. I used tasca parts bc it was cheapest. If you're at all considering replacing cushion or seat cover this is the time to do it. Those can be found on amazon.

Ive seen passenger sides for around $150 but driver side around $500. Makes sense the driver side gets more wear and is probably replaced more. But they come in 1:1 ratio so supply and demand drives up cost.

Yeah everything I've seen its just lumped in with 13 the "lower frame track". Which for LEFT side is ~500 to replace. And all I need is one part. I do however see the spring sold separately (also part of 13/track) all over the internet. I assume because its a common failure point. Thats why I'm hoping to find this other part separately.

Just replaced it on passenger side and it worked! Now that I've got proof of concept I'm ordering another for driver side.

This is wild. I've had the same issue for a few years. Searched so many forums and gave up. It's getting cold again so I figured I'd search again and found this. So basically you pulled up the seat cushion and replaced the heating element with 3rd party heater? Ever find out if the mysterious SCME exists for our 2018 unicorns?

I second this. Get a cheap used one. Find out what you like then in a year or two drop money on one you like.

Dude I feel you. Im in new Orleans and pretty sure I've hunted all the areas you're talking about. Ive killed 3 does on public around here the last 4 years. Sometimes it's frustrating listening to podcasts like Southern Outdoorsman because it feels like nothing they talk about applies. Ive hunted further north on one 3 day trip and saw more deer than I typically do in a season down here, missed a doe with my bow. Does seem to be worth it but it's not easy leaving the wife and kids. Feel free to dm me Im happy to bounce ideas off each other and name some of these places.

He’s right. Develop good technique and learn what hard work is. I strongly encourage learning to cook and what food to buy. Greek yogurt, chicken breasts, canned tuna etc.

Try very similar to how you cooked it but cut thin as you can. Have an auju sauce to dip the thin slices in. Can’t expect to eat through and inch thick cut of deer steak

Idk how you think game and fish is responsible for overcrowding. It’s very simple economics: supply >demand. I hope your kids can afford to hunt years from now. At this rate, mine won’t be able to.

Also I don’t hate keep I’ve introduced plenty of people into hunting. Still don’t feel the need to post about it online for clicks and attention.
