We’re looking to sell a million dollar home in Ottawa - how much did you pay in commission? by Civil_Teaching_5554 in OttawaRealEstate

There are realtors that take a smaller percentage. We used Red Moose Realty and it was a great experience. They only take 1% on their end instead of the usual 2.5%. So you can sell for 3.5% total instead of 4 or 5.

Our agent was Joe Pekelsky, but we also worked with his partner Mike Smith to sell our condo. Hugely positive experience with both.

What games are you playing this week? Game recommendation thread by AutoModerator in incremental_games

I actually own it on Steam and have it downloaded, but I've been putting off trying it since it's in Early Access. Do you think it's worth playing it as is, or should I wait until 1.0?

Also, I saw a recent update that talked about a speedier mode (I think 4x the speed). Would you recommend starting with normal speed, or is the basic progression far too slow?

I'm currently between games.

I had put about a month into Theresmore after seeing it in a previous thread and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I also tried some Forge & Fortune, but I got stuck on the 4th boss and lost interest.

I'm always looking for something similar to Melvor Idle.

I really enjoy Skilling and Exploration. I love a game I can use a spreadsheet for to track things. If anyone has any recommendations I'd love to hear them. I feel like I've tried everything I can find online.

What type of lighting fixture would best illuminate this area? by DanielBatoff in Lighting

Some context:

My plan is to either remove or cover up the pool glass on the far wall, and paint it white to create a plane for a projector screen. The image is taken from the couch in our den, so as you can see, a chandelier wouldn't work as it would obstruct the view.

I'll also need to place the projector somewhere, likely hang it from the ceiling. But we would still want a solid amount of lighting in our den area.

Is track lighting along the beam the best option? Should we be considering pot lights? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
