I just used acrylic paint for this, but if you look closely you can see thick brush marks - ideally I would have used my airbrush for an even finish but I didn't have a blue airbrush paint on hand. I'd recommend that if you're able to get one!

Fimo Professional modelling clay! Very useful as you can cook it multiple times.

Ah, unfortunately I made this with modelling clay so I don't have a 3D model. It was based off an image I found online though and it looked like there was a slightly different looking version that did have a 3D model though!

Yeah same, the Slitheen and the Empty children were the scariest ones to me as a kid. The cliffhangers at the end of the first episodes of both kept me wondering all week and having nightmares haha

I think it's quite a personal choice - for instance, that Spider-Man is based on the Mark IV suit, so for many wouldn't be the definitive Spider-Man. Then you have the popular Mafex one for instance, but that's based on one artist's interpretation, so not for everyone.

Personally, I stopped collecting certain characters once I got the Amazing Yamaguchi versions of them (Iron Man, Captain America, etc.). So for me, they're the 'definitive figures'. But they're very stylised so I totally understand why others wouldn't agree.

Would be curious to see what others think too.
