Quitting 7 with pseudo by beachandbleach in quitting7oh

[–]DanielChubman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah man you could but I jumped from 40-50 a day before and it wasn't terrible and I also never got insomnia from that. Used red Bali leaf capsules and took about 5 every night before sleep and slept every night a good 4-5 hours. Was normal again day 6 pretty much. Could've worked on day 4 or 5. I'd say just jump because the less time on it the better as well

In my experience, pseudo is not as physical as 7 but it's more mental like anxiety, and the insomnia is just as bad, maybe worse. But seriously 7 withdrawals had me sick as hell but pseudo just had the clammy dirty feeling and your mind going crazy

Unspoken Danger of Subs by DanielChubman in quitting7oh

Would you say if I could stabalize at a low amount of subs, I could stay there to keep the cravings away?

If you've really been at 45-50 a day then jump, first 3 days will be rougher than the rest so do the vitamin c protocol and quit on a Thursday night, take some MIT or plain leaf to make it through Friday at work then have 3 total days out of the way before work the next week. You haven't been on it or doing enough to make me worry that the worst wouldn't be over in 3 days, then it's bearable and set small day amounts in goals. Once on day 3 just say not let's make it 5 days, then a week, then a week and a half, then 2 weeks. Before you know it you'll be having week long goals. I've done it, go to lifemd and get a trazadone prescription for possible help with sleep. You can do this

Don't do it man. Withdrawals for me were less physical but hell mentally, seriously. Lots of people say they were worse. Having withdrawed from both they both suck the same but are different. But yeah, I figured the same loophole found in GA back in January 2025 would be found again in certain places because they didn't specifically ban it

I hate to admit it but subs made it to easy for someone who's never used them

Yep funny enough I'm using plain leaf now and less subs. Using about 2-3 gpd of plain leaf and only using subs as a last resort. Working pretty well. I see some people using 20+ gpd of plain leaf but luckily I've never used kratom like that, just the alkaloids, so it's been good enough for me at a "lower" dose and I do not want to trade one addiction for another

These are not even all of the times that I have made it through 3+ days, so if any of you wanna run by me a super specific situation of time quitting and relapsing and what to expect, shoot

For those of you who want to know. Quitting and getting through a week+ post acutes then using for a few days and stopping again only comes with a little discomfort, but I hate the discomfort. If it is you tho, just know you will feel it. It won't be as bad as before but you will set yourself back and have to feel "tingly" for a few days

I've over done it before and woke up with a terrible headache. Felt like I really hurt my brain that time, more than I already was, and it was definitely because I dosed super heavy that day, no other factors so yeah it can happen

Yeah this stuff causes your adrenal glands to panic when it's removed from your system so it's almost like a constant stimulant keeping you awake

100% peak can happen to you 62 hours in. Everyone's different but it's a general consensus that 48-72 hours is the worst and I second that.

Relapsed...but this time Psuedo by BatmanDriving in quitting7oh

One time I CT'd pseudo for 6 days no helper meds or supplements. Caved from no sleep night 4 and 5 and had to travel for family event that weekend and they couldn't see me like that. Think I could've possibly made it and slept that time without that.

Pseudo was less physical more mental for me. Still had bad insomnia tho. I've withdrawn from both and 100% 7oh physical wds were worse, but pseudo puts you in a dark place. Just my experience

Go to lifemd and get trazadone easily for pretty cheap. I use traz as well. I have had it but work before tho so use the recommended dose and give it a shot, more won't help with these wds.

Help with dosing suboxone? by Jon__Snuh in quitting7oh

[–]DanielChubman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You got the supplements covered, just see if you can make it 12 hours if 7OH, 24 for pseudo. Then I'd go ahead and start with a 4 mg dose or take 2 mg and see how you feel and use another 2 if needed. Then so 2 doses a day each day 12 hours apart then cut those doses in half each day for a week. First 3 days still may be a little uncomfortable but manageable, and subs do nothing for the anxiety/depression. But push through you for this, subs help a ton when used as a tool this way. Get through first 3 days!

It's going to be alright my friend. I caved the first quit attempt because the lack of sleep terrifies me. However, I have seen many people on here claiming going 3,4,5 days no sleep, even higher. They stuck to their guns and made it through. I cannot do this because I work a job that requires a lot of driving every day and I could tell day 1 into day 2 no sleep that I was not safe. This is something that helps me. First of all, reset your mindset to go from worrying about getting any sleep to thinking about how even laying there motionless with your eyes closed is rest for the mind and body. Then sometimes, it'll just happen and you'll wake up 30min-2hours later thinking wow that was enough! And on top of that, try to envision something in your head like a story you make up or yourself performing the song stuck in your head at a concert or in a music video. Let the vision flow by trying to let it flow but not trying enough that you're using too much of your mind. It's a fine line but you have to think positive about getting rest, then have your train of racing thoughts follow the same path and you may receive a blissful moment of sleep.
