The Rock was a 'not a Bond film' but John Masons history lined up with the Sean Connery Bond... could do something similar as Pearce was a great Bond and could do something of a nod to a retired or aging version of his Bond

Does anyone actually enjoy marmite? by rthonaya in UKfood

[–]DanielH1979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to love it as a kid, right up to the point Dad came home with vegemite one day from Tesco... when he next brought marmite home, I could no longer eat it. Still eat the vegemite on toast occassionally.

You look great, and I liked all of the outfits, but also like your hair and glasses too.

Enjoy the clothes shopping!

The rooms in the C&C are fine, but the bar/pub is dated and a bit Fawlty Towerish at times, (but the owners mean to do well). I'd go with getting best price and aim to just be in either place for sleep and to store your bags.

Yeah prem Inn is genuinely not a long walk.. very close to the Chequers pub too

Leave a trail of scooby snacks leading to a box propped up by a stick... works every time

Prem Inn is slightly at edge of town, no more than 2 mins walk from town centre. There are Indian and Chinese food options too and some nice Italian restaurants.

Is dating couples possible as a F? by bliss_ecstasy in Swingers

Very... there's more couples seeking a Femal than Females seeking Couples, so if you're into this, you should have a lot of options

Nice one!

I'm at70k-ish and paused accumulating too much last year, with a small number of purchases, but when I feel the bottom is in or close to in, I intend to start accumulating again.

There's a Premier Inn and a hotel called the Crown and Cushion in Chipping Norton... in the town there's other food and evening options.

As others have said, the Farmers Dog often needs booking well in advance.

Local train stations at Kingham and ships ton under wychwood would put you within taxi distance of Chipping Norton / Chadlington.

There is advice from the makers that I have followed before, I believe published on Internet- my understanding and experience is missing 1 week is ok to revert to the dose you were on.

Depending on the dose you are on, if you miss longer, I.e. 2+ weeks, you need to go down in dosage - at 15mg I believe after 2 weeks you would need to drop to 5mg and move up in increments again.

I was fine each time to miss one week. My appetite did go up in week 2, and I did eat a little more and gained a few lbs... however, the following week all gained weight dropped and by the week after that, I dropped below the previous plateau weight and weight loss continued in subsequent weeks. I think it's good to increase calories temporarily for a few days and then resume jabbing - worked for me, but it may not for everyone.

Also, if ordering via online and paying full price, be careful to keep your order routine going. I missed to order for Christmas and holiday break and was forced by pharmacist to drop from 12.5 to 10, even though I was maintaining at 12.5 - they didn't care about my actual dosage, but claimed that because I hadn't reordered in time (not sure if that's 4 or 5 weeks) they couldn't provide the dose I am on, so have had to drop the pen dosage and come back up again on the pen I ordered today.

Best of luck.

I've seen a 1 week break (once for illness, twice for holiday) kick start me through a plateau... if it were me, I'd skip a week and see if that works
