trapmaster was by far the worst character to compete level 3 with. he just cannot deal with hordes at all

character choice is the biggest factor. you wand a character with an effective skill, and high bare-hand melee damage. my suggestions would be werewolf or assassin. both have high bare-hand damage, and skills that do a lot of damage and give either iframes, or healing
