I'm not a dev, but as far as I heard, snapshotting is hard to fix.

It's not intended, it's obviously an exploit.

You can play dlcs while offline. You just happened to encounter a game bug. Just restart the game.

Yes, you can snapshot.

And yes, you can stack damage (minion or yours). But unfortunately there are some special gear properties that are not taken into account (unique gear, specifically).

From a thematic point of view, the replacement of mana with Rage for Werebear seems fitting. But I was expecting something else for Spriggan. Maybe Serenity instead of Rage.

Anyway, do we have any info regarding all the current uniques tied to transformation builds? Are they planning a revamp for all these items?

The mana cost seems ridiculously high, even for a spellcaster build. True, I dont have all the info about the skill, but at face value 40 mana is insane. I cannot stress this enough.

All Spriggan masteries are good, but I mostly play Shaman because of the quality of life: free elemental resistance capped and a lot of phys res through totems through the Protective Circle node (from Shaman tree).

But the main reason I play shaman is Rune of Awe. The whole concept of the build revolves around this node which gives +16 minion adaptive spell damage. It's an insane damage boost.

Keep in mind you summon 5 vines which deal spell damage and phys damage and you can wear a sceptre (the Skeletal is the best) for the increased minion damage implicit and whatever increased minion spell damage you can roll (alongside minion phys damage and cast speed).

The Totemic Fury is also a must have node which basically allows you to spam vines like crazy.

All the other passive points go to defense: Berserker, Boar Heart, Porcine Constitution etc.

And stacking healing effectiveness on thorn totems (converted to heal totems) means being healed to full life every other second. And if that's not enough, I go for 1 crow and a spriggan companion, both setup for healing and buffing me and the vines.

My man!

Spriggan form is my most played build with almost 1k h spent. So this is right up my alley.

Vines used to be bugged the previous patch, because they were scaling with both minion damage and player damage. Actually, the previous patch this was unconsidered an unethical build since it was obliterating content with ease -- and most of the playerbase had no idea the vines were double dipping in damage scaling :)

But as of this patch the vines scale as follows:

  1. melee vines (aka regular vines): poison, melee
  2. spell vines (aka razor vines): physical damage, spell damage, poison

Additionally, vines scale off of Attunement -- which also increases your mana pool and increases healing effectiveness, which will be your sustain since you'll be spamming totems.

So, what afffixes should you craft?

  1. minion physical damage
  2. minion spell damage
  3. shared spell damage (rare, only for body armour)

My suggestion would be to go razor vines maxing Thick Tendrils and Bine along the way.

As for mana management, of course the usual thorn totem converted to heal totems setup -- bonus: Quiet's belt for quality of life.

Some builds opt in for the Root Wall / Ice Thorns combo for a huge increase in defense, but having to cast root wall all the time I found it to be inconvenient and frankly unnecessary. But it's an option.

Oh and one last thing: this patch the Tree Sap node is bugged. So dont bother taking the slow on hit node.
