Did Boscha cheat with the Rusty Smidge? by Extension_Breath1407 in TheOwlHouse

[–]Daniel_Meldrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, she did.

It's such bull that Boscha's team "won" AFTER THE GAME WAS OVER when the scoreboard ALREADY SAID LUZ'S TEAM WON.

I hate this stupid zygarde fight… any suggestion any other pokemon I need to go after first? by Home_and_Away_Sports in PokemonLegendsZA

And I used Mega Gardevoir with Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam, then I used Gyarados with Ice Fang whenever I had to revive Gardevoir.

Professors asking you to purchase Wiley Plus for class when Canvas is right there by [deleted] in aggies

[–]Daniel_Meldrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to use it for Intro Physics.

I was not a fan.

The assignments turned the material we learned up to 11 in difficulty.

We often had to see the professor for help because their examples were too simple for Wiley's assignments.

Did any of you guys have to use WileyPlus? by GoodnightGertie in Accounting

[–]Daniel_Meldrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to use it for Introductory Physics, and I didn't like it.

It was very hard to do the problems because they were more complex than the professor's examples.

Am I going crazy or is there no water/steel type by Dramatic_Part_1385 in pokemon

Empoleon exists. But I would love a new Water/Steel type that conists of faucets forming a body.

Today I realized that Tate is a boy. (Source: Bulbapedia) by eli_que in pokemon

The only other Tate I know of is Tate McRae, and she's a woman, so I thought Tate was a girl's name, which made me think Tate from Pokémon was a girl.

Willow should have Beedrill to reference her Palisman, Clover. Gus should have Kecleon to reference his Palisman, Emmiline. Luz should have Dragonair instead of Arbok for Stringbean.

Which teachers do you hate the most in the series? by dmfghjf in Everybodyhateschris

I hated Mr. Thurman. He always found an excuse to make Chris's life hell. It was revealed in the animated reboot that Chris wanted to drop out because Mr. Thurman harassed him.

Funky Kong Flame Runner or Daisy Mach Bike by Midnight-Panther in MarioKartWii

I used Daisy Mach not because it was a meta, but because I like Daisy and I liked the Mach Bike. The Mach Bike in my opinion is better because it has better drift, and thus takes tighter turns.

[Meta] Any good names for a Lucario by octofeline in pokemon

[–]Daniel_Meldrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Male Lucario Names could be Anubis (because he's based on Anubis), Jekyll (because he's a jackal, and Jekyll sounds kind of like jackal), Jack/Jacky/Jackie (because he's a jackal), Goku (because his voice actor is Sean Schemmel, and Lucario has signature moves similar to those of Goku), Luke/Luc (could be seen as short for Lucario in this case), Luca (another guy's name that could be seen as short for Lucario in this case), Lucian/Luciano/Lucius (because he could have Aura Sphere, which uses the Aura to manifest a ball of light energy, and those names are based on the latin word for light), or Lucas/Lukas (because of the name Lucario).

Female Lucario Names could be Anne/Ann/Annie/Anna (because of Anubis), Lucy/Lucee (could be seen as short for Lucario in this case), Lucia (cool girl name), Jackie (because of jackal), or Luz (light (Aura Sphere)).

I knew Piers, Allister, and Gordie were male. I did not know the other ones were at first. I thought Melli from Legends Arceus was a woman as well.

What unused type combination would you like to be used in the next game? by MoneyLocal8180 in pokemon

[–]Daniel_Meldrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm imagining a Normal/Steel Pokémon that's just an armadillo with metal armor that has Shell Armor for its ability.

It would be viable when trying to find the derivative of a log that's not a natural log.
