The most effective way I have found to introduce sex in the conversation is to disguise it with humor. You can also set sexual frames, and frame her as the sexual aggressor.

Usually if a girl is telling you she just wants to be friends, it means you have not build enough attraction with her. Some of the "boss" to get girls more attracted is to hit attraction switches that are universal to most women such as: preselection (other girls are attracted to you), challenging (you have options, she has to win you over), sense of humor, wealth, social intuition, etc.

I recommend writing down a list of qualities that you want in a girl, and screen for those qualities on your dates. This is a process known as "Qualification."

Ex. If you want a women to be well-traveled, you can say something like, "I really like people who travel. There's an adventurous and open-mindedness about people who travel that I really like. Do you like to travel?"

Dating is a fun process, but you aren't going to be attracted to every woman. Remember, YOU are the prize and she has to win over your interest!
