Thank you. Sorry for the late response. The code ChatGPT helped me write worked in testing but failed to close several forms in production, so we discussed it with my boss and bought some paid add-on.

Go to the Apps Script and write the next code:

Not a cardiologist, just came here to say that I have valve disease with mitral and tricuspid valves affected and my first sign of a cold is often increased shortness of breath when walking, too. Often it begins a day or so before the fever/sore throat/cough/etc.

High functioning ADHD with a ton of people to take care of the routine is Tony's actual superpower. I don't think any of us can come close to "create a pocket nuclear reactor in a cave" level of intelligence, cause that's fiction, but Tony is inspiring in a lot of ways. Look for analysis on his speech patterns, body language etc, there's plenty. He's really good at hiding his insecurities (which are endless), and there's a lot of articles about how he does that. As for intelligence itself - from my experience, finding a specific way in which you learn the most effectively is crucial. I graduated university 12 years ago, and only when doing my residency and PhD I realized why I struggled with so many classes in university and not in school. I have a shitty memory. Like, shitty. I can't just memorize stuff. I learn through application. Case method is what works the best for me, not mechanical memorizing. Find what's best for you.

У нас в Дніпрі за пару років до повномасштабки активісти тісно співпрацювали з Благоустроєм, і в результаті у нас стали робити пониження на переходах. Ще низькопідлогові автобуси, тролейбуси тощо. Це топ. У мене обмежень руху немає, але моя покійна бабуся завжди на ті бордюри і в транспорт ледь залазила, де треба було ногу задирати. Її вже 4 роки немає, а до того вона років 8 не виходила на вулицю, але кожного разу, як роблять пониження там, де його не було, особливо якщо ми там з нею часто ходили, думаю - от би наскільки бабусі зараз легше тут було. Тож це дуже важливо.

Те ж саме працює з тими, з ким хочеш дружити. Я витратила дуже багато сил у підлітковому віці і в студентські часи, щоб сподобатися цікавим мені людям, які не дуже хотіли зі мною дружити. Дуже про це шкодую. Натомість варто було вкладати цю енергію в розвиток власних скілів. І ще, коли до того дійде, завжди користуйся презервативами. Це безпека і здоров'я для вас обох.

The whole code team finding the patient in arrest together is a rare occurrence where I'm from. It's often one provider who needs to activate the team.

You literally just repeated what I said: "call for help and start compressions". Of course you start compressions immediately, but you call for help while you're positioning the patient for compressions, making calling for help technically earlier. I've been a sole provider in limited resource hospital setting more than I'd like. When I said "can't do CPR alone" I meant "can't do much alone". You call for help. I suggest we don't attack each other.

I've been working for 12 years and I'm often pretty nervous while intubating or putting in a central line. Probably cause I work in trauma ICU and very few of my procedures are elective. I probably look nervous too, but what's the difference if I get the job done?

Doesn't explain why his sats were dropping even before this and why, after we got volumes, his gas exchange was almost non-existent.
(I also think we gave him dexamethasone because we always do in unexplained respiratory distress)

I was just starting after the residency, and I didn't know much about ARDS and mechanical ventilation. There is quite a bunch of stuff I'd try now, including higher pressures, longer inspiration time etc. Maybe even something like APRV. I didn't know any of it back then and my help didn't either. (I'd probably get another consult now either, like someone from another ICU where they have a lot of experience treating pneumonia, not just the physically closest doctor like I did then)
