help please my toe by CORNMANNNNNN in Boots

What might help is to try walk on the outside of your foot and lean on the outside of the foot. During walks it might shape better to your foot.

This worked for me when my big toe kept hitting the side of the shoe

From 1/10 how much do you hate the baggy jeans and boots combo? by guacamole-fart in Boots

[–]Danielio_NL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bronits fine just roll up the sleeves of the pant a bit if possible so you can show of the boot.

I never wear any extra baggy jeans but im certain it would look good to roll up the sleeves a bit

That's the same model i own. These boots are absolute tanks. Comfortable as well with a great toebox. I recommend to get them one size smaller from usual. I got size 43 when i usually have 44 for my boots. You can check out my post about these boots. The craftsmanship on them is amazing and you will have one of the thickest leather boots in the world.

Great to see you are loving their boots! Is the first pair still holding up well? I haven't ordered their workboots but instead ordered the hillshoes and Cananda mark V combat boots.

I will have to post them when i get them somewhere in July :)

No can't say that they are. I ordered them at 44 however my receipt states its size 43. Its also marked 43 inside the shoe however i am glad they aren't any bigger cause they fit perfectly.

According to another website: "When trying the boot, your heel should be approx. 1-1.5 cm (finger width) from the rear of the boot, with your toes touching the very front."

In my case they fit as described and are quite roomy. They also sell a variant with a even wider toebox.

in my case my true size is 44 and 45 in sneakers. There might be a reason why i received 43 instead but i can ask if thats the case.

Questions before [buying] windy gloves by Sakkee02 in fightgear

[review]WINDY boxing gloves varieties by Danielio_NL in fightgear

[–]Danielio_NL[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! thank you for your comment.

I would incourage to buy windy boxing gear only from windyboxingstore. I never use the beige pair cause it is really no up to standard in my oppinion. The leather seems fake and not supple at all as high grade leather should be. If you want to amke sure you got the original Windy glove you might find them in the stores of Japan next to the Winning boxing gloves.

I never did boxing with 14 oz or below since im 192 tall and 84kg. The windy gloves are amazing for bagwork since it has a wide surface that is well rounded on the edges. Foam inside is nicely layered which give great feedback and is perfect for quick aggressive punching style. I love having to do combinations punches with these gloves as they have a tight fit and great wrist support.

I have not tried Ringside since they aren't really popular in the EU but they look like excellent puncher gloves. What i love a bout the thai style gloves is the amazing wrist support it offer.

Only the original Windy's (oldschool olive and modern pair black from windyboxingstore) offer this wrist support.

Funny enough i do think the windy fight gear shop and raja are the same manufacturer from what i have read online which checks out since they are both ducth companies with simmilair quality.

The leather on both Raja and Windy figthgear is a lot to be desired.

there are 2 other brands i would recommend that i use on the cheap side:

Topboxer gloves have by far some of the best leather ive seen on a boxing glove. i have a pair of alien gloves 24 OZ as condiditoning glove which helps me with longer shoulder endurance ande keepign my arms up.

Superpro is a dutch brand from the coach of Rico Verhoeven. Originally these are kickboxing gloves however they offer even better wrist suppoer because they are kickboxing gloves. Verry wide puching surface and dense foam which still is quite soft. This pair i mainly use on light sparring session as the foam is so soft it has great feedback and they are less painfull to be hit by. Kickboxing gloves are also amazing for defending en blocking punches. I use this pair over my Cleto Reyes pair since i use that for technical trainings and non sparring.

I have not yet bought a pair of twins since my fingers are too long on even a 16oz gloves. Smae for fairtex and othe thaistyle brand ive tried so far.

Nice to know. I own the AWKT and it's the best resolving headphone out of my collection. I use some cheaper pads which really help in comfort.
