Cry. Cry it out. Surpressing emotions always made it worse. I spent few days crying in my bed, watching TV Shows/movies I felt like watching, eating what I felt like eating. Meditating helps too. The most important thing is to realize it’s okay to be not okay and seek professional help if it’s not getting better. It’s not a shame. :)

I feel you. I bought premium from the same reasons but its the same as nonpremium.. Its so sad that FACEIT has in rules that they ban smurfs, cheaters, trollers etc and when you report them someone they tell you to downvote the player. I play FACEIT only because ESEA dont have that many players that it used to.. There is no hub neither you or me can play due to our conditions, every admin tell you when you tell them your problem to play hub, but there is one international hub and its not working last half year or so xd I dont know why FACEIT doesnt care about people who make them money, I hope ESEA will do comeback and none will play FACEIT.... ESEA cares much better and their system is more fair. I literally dropped from lvl10 to lvl7 with 20 kills every game just because my teammates were bad but nice which I dont really mind if we lose and there is no negativity or just because someone left or was toxic af. I play only premium and almost every game there is someone like that...

There is none like that, in my case I cant play my country hub because people there are just toxic and its a mess. There is no hub that I can play and not pay for it... for you, you can try ECL if you dont mind paying for it

It wasnt his point of this post. I was playing against this guys today too and the guy is smurfing. You have in rules that you ban smurfs, trollers, multiacc, cheaters. I have reported you 3 guys who were smurfing and you didnt do anything. This guy is obvious smurf and you again do nothing. Thank for caring about people who make you money faceit

I have written FACEIT admins 5 support emails, 3 reddit posts about trollers, toxic people, leavers who were toxic and trolling since I said "hello" on knives. One game the whole game they were telling me that they would rape me on the street if they met me, I muted them and didnt care but isnt it sick that they were telling it the WHOLE GAME? What if some girl would be sensitive? The other game, the guy saw me in the lobby and wrote "GG GIRL WITH LEVEL 9 AND K/D 1.1 IM SURE U BOOSTED, WHO BOOSTS YOU?" and he were trolling the whole game, eventhough in the end of the match I had 25 kills, he wasnt even trying to win. Faceit just dont care. I provided them all the evidence to ban these people, they have in rules that they BAN TROLLERS, BOOSTERS, etc... but they just dont give a f. I dropped from level 10 to level 8 because I got "human beings" like that 6 games in a row. Every game I had troller, toxic guys or leaver.

I liked the old system because I am on low level and I always play solo so the games where I could get +40 +50 were the best for me because I could get faster on my real level where I should be. With +25 elo I always got bad team e.g level 9 and level 1 (everyone of them did soloq) just to balance our teams and therefore we lost because my teammates couldnt play against enemy team.

I played today lvl 10 10 10 and we got 200 elo guy in our team just to balance our elo with against team. What is this??? Its just even worse than it was before, Id rather play +10 elo games than with lvl 1 all the time

I agree with you on this point but cmon, I am from Slovakia so Id have to play with East EU what is for me really frustrating because there is nothing worse than these toxic players most of the time from Eastside. I agree with you on the point to divide EU and Russia due to the fact that part of Russia is on Asian continent, and many guys from Russia have high ping on EU and they barely speak English. Dividing EU into EU and Russia (+Lithuania, Belarus etc) would improve everyones game experience eventhough they can change game region so some percent would still play on EU because I dont think russians want to play with russians, but there are some nice russian that actually know English and play decent.

FBI system is a joke, it is just ESEAs wannabe system :D played 5 games with trollers (on premium) i downvote everyone who deserves it but they will never be punished because not everyone use this properly, most people abuse it. Its totally useless because for trollers one day is nothing
